ENERGY CONSERVATION DAY

Energy conservation Day (December 14) Celebrated by Department Of Physics atKVUM Arts and Science College for Women ,Pookkarathara on December 16, 2024 The objective of observing Energy Conservation Day was to raise awareness about the importance of energy conservation and to promote energy-efficient practices among the community.the programm include Energy Charade and Energy Conservation Pledge.Energy Charades begin began with an energy charades competition, where participants acted out different energy-related words and phrases, such as "turning off lights" and "using public transport." The competition was a fun and engaging way to convey the importance of energy conservation. Also Participants took a pledge to conserve energy and reduce their carbon
footprint. The pledge was a commitment to adopt energy-efficient practices in their daily lives. The Energy Conservation Day event was a success, with participants showing a keen interest in energy conservation and a commitment to adopting energy-efficient practices. The event highlighted the importance of energy conservation and the role that individuals can play in reducing energy consumption.
