In connection with National Education Day, the Women Development Cell (WDC) of K.V.U.M D.H.A. Arts and Science College for Women, Pookarathara, organized a Legal Awareness Class.

The session was inaugurated and coordinated by Ms. Divya P, Coordinator of the Women Development Cell, who delivered the welcome address. The awareness class was led by Adv. Jaison P. Jose, representing the Taluk Legal Services Committee (TLSC), Ponnani.

The class aimed to educate students about their legal rights and responsibilities, emphasizing the importance of legal literacy in ensuring women’s empowerment and safety. The session provided valuable insights into various legal provisions available for the protection and welfare of women.
