Paper Bag Making Workshop Conducted at Darul Hidaya College

Pookkarathara: With the aim of promoting environmental protection and entrepreneurial skills, K.V. Ustad Memorial Darul Hidaya Orphanage Arts and Science College for Women organized a paper bag making training workshop on July 7, 2026, at the college seminar hall. The programme was conducted by the Entrepreneurship Development Club in association with the Department of Commerce & Management Studies.

The training session, which began at 10:00 a.m., was led by Smt. Ambili K.N., Assistant Professor of the Department of Commerce & Management Studies, who served as the resource person. She highlighted the importance of reducing plastic usage and adopting eco-friendly lifestyle practices.

Students were given hands-on training in making paper bags of different sizes and designs, encouraging both creativity and practical skill development. The workshop proved to be informative and beneficial for the participants.
