The coordination team ensures the smooth running of the programme, facilitates communication between mentors and students, and oversees the submission and review of mentoring reports.Each faculty member is allocated a specific number of students. The allocation is designed to ensure that each student receives adequate attention and guidance from their mentor. After each mentoring session, faculty members are required to complete a detailed report using a Google form.
